The standard template includes 13 sections: Roof, Electrical, Plumbing, Interior Rooms, Kitchen & Appliances, Exterior, Foundation & Structure, Attic / Insulation & Ventilation, HVAC - Heating & Cooling, Fireplace, Doors & Windows, Garage, and Bathroom. Each comes with predefined checklist items so you're not building forms from scratch. Each item can be marked Satisfactory, Needs Attention, Deficient, or Not Inspected - with a photo and note attached.
