InspectVantage is home inspection reporting software for independent inspectors. This page explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.
When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo. We use these only to identify your account — nothing else.
The inspection records you create are stored in your account, including:
We never see or store your payment details. Payment is handled directly by email with our support team.
Your data is used only to run the service — to show your inspections, generate reports, and share client links you create. We do not use it for advertising or any purpose beyond delivering InspectVantage to you.
Your data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure, which is encrypted and secure. We chose Cloudflare because it's reliable and privacy-respecting.
Nobody. We don't sell or share your data. Cloudflare handles the servers InspectVantage runs on — that's the only third party involved, and they don't have access to your inspection content.
Report links you share are accessible to anyone who has the link, so only share them with the people you intend to.
You can ask us to delete your account and all your inspection records at any time. Email support@inspectvantage.com and we'll take care of it within 7 days. Any shared report links will stop working immediately.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, everything is deleted within 30 days.
We use one cookie to keep you signed in. That's it — no tracking cookies, no advertising cookies.
If we change something significant, we'll email you and update the date at the top of this page. If you keep using InspectVantage after that, we'll take that as your agreement to the updated policy.
